Let’s get straight to it:

There are two mindsets walking around out here—the Employee and the Employer.

And no, I’m not talking about your paycheck or your job title. I’m talking about how you move, how you show up, and how you run your damn life.

Because guess what?

An  employer, can go to work too.

But they walk in different.

They own their time differently.

They carry themselves with power, not permission.

Being an employee isn’t about working a 9–5—it’s about *waiting to be told*.

Waiting for instructions.

Waiting for validation.

Waiting for someone to give you a raise, a break, a “you’re doing great.”

But being an *employer*—that’s a whole different animal.

It’s about **deciding.**

It’s about **initiating.**

It’s about **leading**, even when nobody’s clapping.

Even when you still clock in somewhere.

Because that’s the gag:

 You can work a job and still be the damn CEO of your life.

You just need to own your schedule.

Run your mouth with intention.

Move like every hour is currency.

And act like the life you want won’t wait for you to get “ready.”

Because you?

You are not here to be managed.

You are not built for small.

You are not meant to beg for crumbs when you were born to bake the bread.
